What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Please let us know if you feel you are going to be late for your appointment. We will try and accommodate you and carry out as much of the session as possible. If there is another appointment directly after yours, we may have to shorten your session. The price will remain the same even for shorter sessions. All appointments run for half an hour. Please be mindful of this as staff also have commitments outside of the facility.
Dirty Dog/Excessive Shedding Policy
We understand that at certain times of the year it can be a challenge to keep your dog mud free. We kindly request that you bring your dog as clean as possible to the centre. Owners of excessively dirty dogs may be asked to rinse their dog in the DIY dog wash prior to their session, only if time allows. This may result in your session being cut short due to time constraints. Otherwise, the dog will not be permitted in the treadmill to maintain water conditions for other clients.
If your dog is shedding, we kindly ask that you brush them prior to their appointment. All dogs must have coats in good condition and free from matting, packed coat, or excessive shedding prior to using the hydrotherapy facilities. Please ensure that you brush any excess loose, packed, or matted coat out of your pet’s fur prior to your appointment. Dogs with excess shedding or unkept coats will not be permitted to use the facilities in order to maintain water conditions for other clients.
Both of the above are to be determined at the discretion of the Hydrotherapist.
No Call/No Shows
We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, please respect our time. If for some reason you and your dog
are unable to addend a session, a call, text or email to advise us that you cannot attend would be appreciated. Reminder text messages are sent out
two days prior to your appointment. As advised in the reminder text message, the number it is sent from does not support replies, we do not receive them.
You need to contact us directly on 0428 878 241.
As a result, anyone who has pre-paid sessions and is a No Show/No Call three times will have each following No Call/No Show deducted from their pre-paid pack thereafter.
Any pay as you go appointments who are a No Call/No Show three times will have any pre booked appointments cancelled and no further appointments will be made unless payment is made prior to the appointment.
